Issues Fixed:
- Fixed an issue that prevented some users with access to the Access files online feature from using the feature.
- Fixed an issue causing the backup software to potentially back up the sync folder, requiring users to manually exclude the folder from backups.
- Added details to the log that explain why a particular file was backed up again entirely instead of just the changes to the file.
- Fixed an issue that prevented files that are in use (locked) from being backed up and caused an error (FilesystemError2).
- Fixed an issue when using the Data Shuttle feature that caused the Status window to open after a backup even though the option to hide the window was selected.
- Fixed a rare issue that caused an unnecessary backup to start right after another backup completes.
- Fixed issues that caused the backup of a file to start over instead of resuming. These issues occurred with the backup of a large file after the connection to the Mozy data center was lost (Connectionerror7), after the backup was paused and the file was changed several times, and after a backup error.
- Fixed a rare issue where the use of the backup software status icons caused some applications to quit while performing common activities, such as saving a file.

Known Issues:
- Selecting My Computer in the File System tab of the Settings window to back up all files does not select any files. After saving the selection and reopening the tab, no files are selected for backup. To back up all files, you can select each of the drives individually.

- Fixed an issue with the initial backup of a large file using an account that is near its storage limit. The software did not complete the backup of the file and it incorrectly reported that the account is over its storage limit.
- Fixed an issue where changes to the casing (uppercase to lowercase or lowercase to uppercase) of any letters in a file or folder name greater than eight characters long can cause updates to the file or files in the folder to not be backed up.
- Fixed an issue that could cause the Settings window to take a long time to open.

- Fixed an issue where if you started using the local backup feature after performing an initial backup, only files that have changed are added to the local backup. Now, all files are backed up regardless of when you start using the feature.
- Fixed an issue where older versions of some files were not being moved to the version history for a local backup.
- Fixed an issue that caused some users of VMware Horizon to get authentication issues (AuthenticationError6).
- Fixed an issue with the Data Shuttle feature. If the backup of a file was paused, the file would be backed up both online and on the Data Shuttle storage device, instead of just the device.
- Fixed an issue where some files that were on an external drive selected for backup using backup sets were not being backed up.
- Fixed an issue for administrators using automatic activation. Previously, if the user's full name contained an unsupported character, the activation would fail. Now, the unsupported character is converted to a supported one in the full name of the Mozy account.

What's new in this version:

Features
- Menu option added to the System Tray menu that lets users update the client software if the user has disabled the auto-upgrade setting.
- Data limit thresholds are displayed on the Status Window and the Backup Sets tab and File system tab of the Settings window.
- The Restore tab on the Settings Window and the virtual drive now show only files that match the data retention policy. Versions that fall outside the retention policy are not available to be restored. 30 days worth of versions are shown and can be restored.
- (MozyPro only) Updated reseller co-branding which lets resellers display their own logo on the splash screen, Status Window, and Welcome tab on the Settings Window. Bug Fixes
- Improved the patching performance for exchange and sql databases, reducing the size of the patch when a file is modified.
- In the Files awaiting backup list on the Backed up files window, the size of files larger than 4 GB is now correctly displayed.
- Added the ability to restore pathnames larger than MAX_PATH. When we restore a file to a new directory, the resulting new path could be longer than the max path supported by Windows.
