What's new in this version:

- Added the software H264 encoder (Bandicut now supports the H264 encoder in Windows XP)
- Bandicut users are now able to upload the recorded video to Youtube.com directly (Uploading to Youtube on Bandicut)
- Bandicut is now able to use the tab key to set the start/end time

Bugs fixed:
- After cutting AVI files which had mp2/mp3 audio tracks had a problem that Windows Media Player couldn't play (Some of them were displayed wrong file duration in Windows Explorer)

- Added support for the New DS4 USB Adapter (Thanks to boganhobo and Chamilsaan)
- Implemented teokp's amazing fix for hide ds4 not working on the anniversary update of Windows 10: when a controller fails to enter exclusive mode, DS4Windows will ask for admin privileges to fix the issue.
- Now (near)unlimited Special Actions can be made from the previous limit of 50
- Special Action Xbox Game DVR is now no longer limited to Windows 10, renamed multi action button: Assign a macro to single tap, double tap, and holding down a button
- Added option for White DS4Windows Icon in the notification tray (While not merged from, thanks to tehmantra)
- Added option to temporarily turn off DS4Windows when using a certain program (togglable in the Auto Profiles Tab) (Same case as above but thanks to dedChar to bring to light)
- Fixed Options crashes in certain locales where decimal points are represented with commas, such as German (Thanks to kiliansch)
- Added/Updated translations for many languages, now including Japanese, Slovenian, Hungarian, Greek, Finnish, Czech, Indonesian, and Ukrainian

- We have included the updated module from ffmpeg which improves codec compatibility and stability.
- Bandicut is now able to play the HEVC video codec.
- Bandicut now supports auto rotation when a video file has rotation metadata.
- Added an option, "Save the file information at the beginning of the file (only MP4)"
- Bandicut is now able to save the audio volume.
- Bandicut now shows Time Remaining and Speed while cutting.

Bugs fixed:
- Bandicut couldn’t transcode files which were made by car black boxes of a specific brand.
- Some transcoded MP4 files couldn’t be played by WMP because Bandicut analyzed the AAC audio codec incorrectly.
- Bandicut couldn’t recognize some audio tracks which were made by DVDFab9 software.
- Other minor bugs fixed.
