why does my oculus keep turning on

I would turn my Go off (hold down the power button and then click “turn off”) and after a while it would turn back ... ,I keep mine in Direct Mode and it's in Standby (yellow) all the time. When I shutdown my computer it turns off. Otherwise, the screen itself isn't even on. 2.
