Our update to 1903 for Win 10 Ent. didn't work with any of the above. We even tried copying the old termsrv.dll from 1809, and that didn't work ...,Service state Stopped & Listener State Not Listening on windows 10 ... rdp wrapper termsrv.dll stop services ... Windows 10 18362.449 is not working.
