shattering steel fork bug
If you mean Fork giving that huge damage boost, then yes, that's no longer a thing. I even tested it myself and found Fork did not impact DPS beyond its multiplier ... ,As the title says, I use shattering steel as my starter build. And after a few run and test, I feel that there is no longer shotgun effect for using fork with shattering steel. Can anybody confirm this? ... Do you mean that it was a bug? And now it fixed?
