I don't know what to do and I am thinking of trying a new VPN at this point. Any ideas? Things I have tried: I also tried downgrading to qbittorrent … ,Nord VPN super slow with both deluge and qbittorrent. Ive tried everything suggested I can find online but cannot get more than 100kb/s download speeds.
