I've put the libaacs.dll file into C:-Program Files-VideoLAN-VLC (I'm running Win 10 64 bit) .... No valid processing key found in AACS config file., To me, it works with files installed with AACS Updater in the VLC ..... "No valid processing key found in AACS config file" but still wouldn't play.
