Hi Im confused about the maya scenes formats. ASCII and binary. In tutorials and on th web, ppl always save scene as ASCII, but my default maya format is Binary and I've always used binary. However, I notice most ppl when they talk about scene files ,,I am using maya 6. When I try to open a maya binary file created on a different computer using maya 6 I get this message in the script editor: "C:/Documents and Settings/Sheldon Kruger/Desktop/ChuckCharacterNEW.mb" "Best Guess"; file -
