iis 8.5 ftp passive mode
i setup a FTP server which i can connect it via active mode. i set data channel port range 9001-9100 for passive mode and External IP address ... ,When you turn on Windows firwall in Microsoft Windows Server 2008/2003, FTP will only works in "Active Transfer Mode" but NOT "Passive Transfer Mode".
