I was reading a book where it says that this type of construction is observed so far in American English. And cited some examples: 1. wouldn't ...,表示具有什么样的特性，特征。Be of great value 意思是具有很大的价值，be of great importance则是具有很高的重要性。其实be of +adj+n与其对应的形容词差不多。
