This gets all directories in "D:-Folder-All-Folder-Test" that contain a dash in the name and recursively copies them to "D:-Another-Folder"., I'd use a RegEx with (named) capture groups to grep the Series,Season and Episode number. See the RegEx working live on regex101.com
